The government has recently completed the recruitment to fill various vacancies in the Andhra Pradesh village secretariat system. Now the Officials demanding the resignation of those who have taken up the job, saying that the candidates who have been selected for the posts of Ward Secretariat Welfare and Development (Grade-2) are inappropriate.
The notification states that B.Com, B.Ed, Arts and Humanities candidates are eligible for the posts and have applied for these posts. But officials are now saying that the B.Com and B.Ed qualified candidates do not qualify for the Grama Sachivalayam jobs.
Students are being forced to resign. The candidates are questioning the govt for receiving the applications and selecting them. Many candidates from Rayalaseema, Krishna, Guntur, East Godavari, Nellore and Prakasam districts have gone to press at expressed their grief over the situation.
