The Dolby Theatre is soaked with raindrops and it made us believe that angels from heaven are also eagerly waiting for these awards. Well, the start may be a spoil-sport due to rain, but then everything fell in to position with the glitzy start. These Oscar Awards 2020 are produced by Lynette Howell Taylor and Stepahaine Allian.
