BJP government – A dire necessity in Telangana

BJP government – A dire necessity in Telangana

The Bharatiya Janata Party rules in 17 states out of the 29 in India. It is poised to cross over to power in 23 states by next year. Going forward, the short-term vision of the party is certainly to achieve 100% states under its rule. It will be possible either on its own or through alliance governments in about 3 to 4 years.

Ilaiah is no intellectual; just a petty hate-monger

In my opinion, Kancha Ilaiah is hardly an intellectual. His behaviour and thought process establish him as a pseudo and a self-proclaimed intellectual. In real, he seems to be just a petty hate-monger and nothing more. Intellect is learnt, modelled, pursued and earned with years of discipline.

This September 17 is the 70th Independence Day of Telangana State. The people of Telangana and a few parts of Karnataka and Maharashtra were denied the opportunity of freedom even as the rest of the nation celebrated the Independence Day on the 15th August 1947. It was the Nizam of Hyderabad who rejected Indian Union’s call for accession to India. In fact, history records that he even brokered pro
Demonetisation – A stupendous success

Demonetisation – A stupendous success

The term 'Demonetisation' is just technical; the apt term to define the historic, tough, unprecedented and politically risky decision taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is actually 'Black Money Neutralization.' It’s a multi-pronged reform that the Indian government has unleashed, keeping in tune with its agenda of ‘Reform, Perform & Transform.’

BJP Mission 350 & my Vision 450

BJP can win up to 450 seats in the next general elections whenever they are conducted. This is not prophecy but my projection after a detailed state-by-state, party-by-party analysis. The premise of my analysis is the mood of the nation and an assured consolidation of rising support to PM Narendra Modi’s governance delivery in the last three years. However, BJP National President Amit Shah has set

In democracies worldwide, a nation chooses its leader with clear aspirations. In the historic timeline of any nation, the performance of elected leaders is registered not by mere words they speak while in the highest office, but by the quantifiable impact of the decisions they make.
Congress – A failing family business

Congress – A failing family business

Congress is a failed family business. There are many studies in the area of family managed businesses and their progression, which clearly indicate that family businesses weaken at every generation and eventually fail around the third generation onwards to disappear by the fifth generation, if critical strategic interventions are not effected. Politics in a democracy is not a business, and certain

Nitish Kumar’s Ghar Wapsi

After almost four years of leaving the BJP-led NDA, time has come full circle to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He has made a grand home coming to the NDA – ‘Ghar Wapsi’. Nitish Kumar is not new to BJP ideology, politics or even governance. He has seen it all from very close quarters. If there is anyone leader who had extreme proximity to the tall leaders of BJP since its inception, it is him.

Darwinism: Old politics will perish

70 years in a nation’s timeline is substantial. Time is fleeting, so are political ideologies, ideologues, instruments and applications. The theory of Darwinism is applicable not just to living beings but also to live institutions.
