The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has decided to bring in alternative online attendance system for employees and workers. The civic body has been successfully implementing the biometric attendance system and yielded good results. However, several biometric machines are unable to identify the finger prints of workers whose age is more than 50.
