Speaking to The Hans India here on Sunday, a farmer Balaiah, lamented that he doesn’t know what to do with the crop with so many constraints. He said that last year, there were no sufficient rains but he toiled hard to grow sugarcane on his two acres of land. He said that he used to water the crop once in a week after digging bore wells.
