Thaman out of Cherry-KV project

Composer SS Thaman, who has been working round the clock for the past few years, has opted out of director Krishna Vamsi’s ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’, starring Ram Charan in the lead role. While the reasons for Thaman’s exit are not clear, it is buzzed that either GV Prakash or Yuvan Shankar Raja are expected to step in place of their fellow Chennai musician. This is not the first time that Thaman has opted out of a project; earlier he was roped in compose music for ‘Rebel’, but he pulled out of the project in the last minute.
