A first-of-a-kind game show across the idiot box in AP, Prasad said that Nag has been chose to host the show after a meticulous process. “Around 38 popular names have been shortlisted to host the show but it all down to two names in the end. The entire management of MAA and board members participated in the process before selecting Nag. In fact, he earned the right to sit in the hot seat,” said Prasad.

“No effort has been spared in mounting the show to world class standards. It will be a game changer in this region and star of the show would be the aam aadmi who will participate in it,” said Siddhartha Basu, CMD of Bug Synergy. Nag, who made a filmi type entry announcing that he would be grilling the people, said that the strong reason for him to host the show is to give a common man a chance to cherish his dream. “Everybody has dreams and for some it’s not possible to meet them in their life. The show will provide a platform for such people to realize their dreams. I would just be helping out the participants who sit on the hot seat,” he averred. He said he has already participated in the test shoots. “It is difficult to get into the groove; however, I’m game to face it.” Allu Aravind, director of MAA, and Amala Akkineni too participated in the press brief.
