CBI Court: probe ordered in disproportionate of assets of KCR, Harish Rao, Vijayashanthi. The Special CBI Court of Nampally ordered for a probe in the disproportionate of assets of KCR, Harish Rao and Vijayashanthi on Friday.
Hyderabad: The Special CBI Court of Nampally ordered for a probe in the disproportionate of assets of KCR, Harish Rao and Vijayashanthi on Friday. The Superintendent of Police of CBI has been ordered to file an FIR and investigate the matter to find veracity of facts in the matter. The court has taken up the petition filed by Balaji Vadera, a Hyderabad based advocate, for arguments on Friday and passed the above orders.
Vadera filed a petition based on the allegations made by Raghu Nandan, a TRS Party former leader. The lawyer informed the court that KCR has accumulated money in the name of Telangana agitation in 2001. He also informed the honourable court that transactions worth 100cr went on in the residence of Vijayashanthi. The advocate mentioned that the entire money was the illegally collected sum. Earlier, the same petition was taken up by the state High Court and ordered the petitioner to approach a lower court, bowing to which Vadera approached the Nampally CBI court.
