New Delhi: Professor Kodandaram, the TJAC Chairman, on Monday said that they would oppose the move of inclusion of 7 submerging mandals of Telangana under Polavaram in Andhra Pradesh state. He participated in the agitation led by the TJAC near Jantarmantar in Delhi. He said that TJAC will fight legally over this issue. He also urged all parties to cooperate and ensure that the bill will not be passed in the Rajya Sabha.
It is evident that the Polavaram Bill has been already passed in the lower house of the Parliament and has been taken up by the Upper House for discussions and voting on Monday.
