Visakhapatnam: At Pusapatirega sea shore near Bogapuram in Vijayanamagarm, the sea became ferocious. The sea has advanced by 10mts in Visakhaptanam; and the Seeleru Power Plant got submerged due to this. Within no time the rain water swamped into the Seeleru power plant with the tides getting strengthened. The officials have been striving hard to divert the water from the power plant. Many houses got destroyed when the tides hit the homes in Mangamarit Thota. Instructions have been passed to all the tourists to be cautious in this matter.

From the other end, the boat of fishermen capsized at Chepalakancheru of Boghapuram Mandal. In this incident, while a person died, two others sustained injuries. A fisherman named Yellaiah died while undergoing treatment in the hospital.

Going on with the low pressure created in northwest direction in the Bay of Bengal, rain fall is likely at few places in the Andhra Pradesh. The winds are blowing at a speed of 40-50kms on the bank of the ocean. The weather department warned the fisherman, adequately.
