AP Loan Waiver Scheme Announced. Andhra Pradesh Government finalized much-debating loan waiver scheme. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that each family will get benefitted with one and a half lakh rupees.

Andhra Pradesh Government finalized much-debating loan waiver scheme. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that each family will get benefitted with one and a half lakh rupees. He assured that this scheme is applicable for those who repaid and even not paid also. He revealed that, Kotaiah committee has made some recommendations so that, the scheme should be implemented properly.

The loan waiver scheme covers farm sector, weavers and women self help groups. Rs 37,900 crores are needed to implement this scheme. The state government decided that 31 March, 2014 is the last date for this scheme.

On the other hand, Babu said that uninterrupted power supply is ensured in the state. An LNG terminal will be set up at Kakinada, by which the government will get more than Rs 3000 crore income.

While reacting on the Telangana Government’s decision on Nativity issue, he said, nativity should not be decided by state governments. ”it will be decided according to article 371 D” he added.

Babu said that, it is decided to supply 20 liters of water per Rs 2. He revealed that all attempts are on to curb the prices of Onion and Tomato. He told that the government decided to purchase 10,000 million tons of Onions.
