Division of employs: no options for the retirement ready

The draft guidelines to be adopted for the employees of the state government of erstwhile unite Andhra Pradesh would be made public in a day or two, according to sources. Though the guidelines were supposed to be disclosed long back, the hurdles continued to persist for the announcement was the uneven retirement ages being adopted by either state.

According to sources, the options will be applicable only to spouse case affected employees, unmarried employees and widows and will not be applicable to the employees who are about to retire shortly. It is learnt that nativity, seniority and options are the three crucial factors that have been considered for bringing out the draft guidelines.
