Hyderabad: City-based YuppTV, a leading TV content aggregator, has launched four Pakistani television channels belonging to ARY Network on its online platform, thereby marking its foray into global markets.
With this, YuppTV has added ARY Digital, ARY News, ARY Musik and ARY QTV, the leading channels in Pakistan, to its portfolio which already comprises over 180 channels from 11 Indian languages including Hindi and Telugu.
“Credited with pioneering and setting standards in television programming in Pakistan, the ARY Group offers viewers a host of choices that meet the entertainment and information based needs of South Asians across the world,” YuppTV said in a release.
The group’s flagship ARY Digital is a leading Urdu entertainment channel with a wide variety of programmes and soaps, while ARY News caters to news segment. ARY Musik, an Urdu-English musical channel, telecasts programmes based on pop, rock and bhangra while ARY QTV focuses on religion.
