- The three-time chief minister of Andhra Pradesh is senior not just to governor ESL but also Telangana CM KCR. Governor ESL Narasimhan was an IPS officer when Chandrababu Naidu ruled Andhra Pradesh. Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was a minister in Chandrababu's Cabinet between 1995-99.
