Sunil’s next is Dil Raju’s 19th

The 19th film under Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations banner was launched in Hyderabad on Wednesday. The film which will star Sunil in the lead will be directed by Vasu Varma of ‘Josh’ fame.

The film which is gearing up for a February 2014 release is touted to be a family drama. Dinesh, who has worked under the likes of Mani Sharma, Keeravani and Thaman will be scoring the film’s tunes.

Producer Dil Raju said that he was thankful to Gopichand Malineni and Kona Venkat for the film’s story and added, “Since ‘Dil’, all my movies have had support from Vasu Varma.

Though I introduced him with ‘Josh’, the film didn’t have the desired box-office impact. For Sunil, ‘Marayada Ramanna’ was a big hit. And we will strive to ensure this film sees a similar success.”
