In the jurisdiction of Tukaram gate police station, a junior artiste Nisha allegedly committed suicide bowing to a heavy physical and mental torture by her husband. According to the Sub Inspector of Police Shyam, Nisha and Kishan alias Sameer got married before 6 years following a love episode.

According to the Sub Inspector of Police Shyam, Nisha and Kishan alias Sameer got married before 6 years following a love episode. Nisha has been a junior artiste in the movies. After their marriage, the couple started living in Ambedkar Nagar. Over a period of time the couple was not maintaining harmonious relationship, reportedly.
Nisha allegedly attempted suicide even at a previous instant. Nevertheless, with timely medical treatment she was rescued then. Even after this episode, there was no change in the behaviour of Sameer and he has been torturing her as usual. Bowing to the melancholy, Nisha self immolated her on Wednesday and exhaled for the last time while on the way to the hospital. Nisha was reportedly an expectant and was carrying at the time of suicide. A case has been booked by the police and investigating the matter.
