What comes to your mind when you think of Medchal Highway? The obvious guess is the traditional Dabhas where we have all frequented some time or the other. Breaking this jinx comes a new, all day café and pizzeria named Thinespo, which literally means “Thinesi Po” which gets its name from the Telugu phrase Eat & go.

Tucked on the NH 7 highway, Thinespo is an old school which is now modified into a beautiful outdoor caféwith lush greenery, which for sure will give you a peaceful, yet a casual dining experience. The menu is predominantly European Cuisine which is inspired by the classic European cafes.

The pizzasare from the Wood Fired Oven, while the BBQ chicken & grilled onion is an instant hit, an offbeat version named Creamy Spinach and Mushroom pizza would definitely appeal to the vegetarians. If you are in a group, don’t be surprised if the pizzas vanish in a jiffy. Not many people get the pulled lamb burger right, but this one was bang on, perfect in every sense and one of the best you would find in this part of the town. In fact I wouldn’t mind paying a day’s wage for it! Apart from the regular creamy Pastas& Lasagnas, Sloppy Joe which is a variation of the loose meat sandwiches will surely appeal to all masses. The grilled fish is not be missed here, the cilantro flavored basa fish is served with a mashed potato which unlike others is made from sweet potato and steamed vegetables, which on the whole is just outstanding!

Thinespo is a blessing for all the residents & college goers of this part of the town to just pop-in and have a quick bite of their favorite European Cuisine, or maybe just laze around in the serene atmosphere at a place away from the city. Thinespo is a sure winner and a definite trend setter!
