As expected Tummala Nageswara Rao, a senior TDP leader quitting the TDP party. He has been keeping himself away from TDP affairs over a period of time. Atlast, On August 30 today he decided to quit the party and submitted the resignation letter to Chandrababu Naidu. He was been emotional during his speech as he attached with his followers in Khammam district.
According to most trustable sources, it is learnt that a senior TDP leader and ex-minister Tummala Nageswara Rao is likely to join TRS Party in the first week of September. .jpg)
It is also learnt that his relationship with Chandrababu Naidu, the party president have also been shrunk. Sources added that the efforts put in by the TRS cadre have become fruitful and it is likely that shortly the leader would make an announcement in this regard. If he joins in TRS, it is most likely that the leader would be getting a ministry along with MLC post, added sources.
From the other end, the TDP cadre got upset on his resignation as he is the key factor for TDP in khammam district. Tummala has been reportedly demur over Nama getting more weight in the party than him despite he is a senior leader of the party than Nama.
Moreover, TRS has been thinking about the representative of the community to which Tummala belongs, to strengthen the party in Khammam district. If all is set TRS will have a good time in Khammam district as well.
