The deceased identified as Ramesh was setting up a flexi of Pawan Kalyan as part of his birthday celebrations at a town in China Ganjam of Prakasam district on Tuesday.
According to sources, three other persons were also injured in the incident. One of them was electrocuted and rushed to a nearby hospital by the local people. There were plans to celebrate the birthday of Pawan in a grand way. A pall of gloom descended on the region following the fan’s death.
