Hyderabad: Medipally police has launched a drive to locate two first-year Intermediate students who have gone missing since Thursday.
Manasa, 15, daughter of Malla Reddy and Umar, 15, daughter of Abdul Raheem, both residents of Mallikarjuna Nagar Colony of Uppal depot, left their houses on Thursday afternoon for their friends place but did not return.
After failing to find them, their family members lodged a missing complaint with the Medipally police station on Friday. Police ruled out the possibility of kidnapping saying that no demand of ransom or threat had so far been received.
