Nandigama gears up for by-election

Hyderabad: Nandigama assembly constitution in the successor state of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh has become the focal point in the state. The constituency is undertaking a by-election on Saturday. The day which would decide the fate of the political parties has arrived.

As it is evident, Nandigama bi-election has turned to be a matter of prestige to almost every party in Andhra Pradesh state. All is set ready for the by-election on Saturday. Though numerous candidates are in the fray, the fight would be surely among only three parties.

The Congress Party which could not grab even a single seat in Andhra Pradesh in the recent general elections, so the party took the bi-election as a matter of prestige and needs to grab the seat by hook or by crook. In the same manner, the TDP+BJP alliance needs to maintain the rhythm so that they can prove the allegations of the opposition parties as incorrect.

Equally YSR Congress Party also takes it as a challenge in the milieu of the survival of the party as currently the party’s glory started diminishing in the state, as opined by many analysts. In a tug of war like situation, the Nandigama by-election has just begun.
