Celebrity pimp used top cop to target Shweta Basu?

Ever since news of National award winning actress Shweta Basu's news of getting caught in a prostitution racket surfaced, there seems to be several theories doing the rounds with respect to the case.

Sources say that Shweta Basu was working for this female pimp who handles bigwigs. However, the two had a fallout over a issue which led to Shweta going her separate way. Unable to bear the loss of her client and the revenue, the pimp influenced a top cop to conduct a raid and arrest Shweta Basu.

Shweta Basu is now at a rescue home for rehabilitation. She also made a court appearance recently.
