He further said the Kalyana lakshmi scheme to be implemented from Dussera to help the people who are financially backward by giving an amount of Rs. 51000 thousand to recently married women and also acclaimed that the invitation has given to the women ministers of Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Gujarat and West Bengal for the occasion of Bathukamma Celebrations.
