He addressed the media at state secretariat and said that each farmer will get 25% of the funds credited to his bank account. He said that necessary instructions have been given to the finance department by KCR, as soon as the committee has submitted its report.
Further, Pocharam said that discussions will be held with the bankers on Tuesday afternoon to arrive at a decision on the loans for the Kharif season crops. He said that the farmers were rejoiced over the matter and arriving from various villages to thank the Chief Minister. He said that all the fertiliser dealers creating an artificial scarcity of fertilisers would be dealt seriously.
