The IDTA project officer instructed adoption officials to get toilets ready by November 14 in the high schools, so that they would be given as gift to students. “Measures should be taken for fixing electrical lamps near toilets,” she told them. She advised them to provide medical treatment to those students, who have affected with viral fever under the supervision of school principal instead of sending them to their homes. It was brought to the notice of project officer that some high school students require eye tests as they were suffering with headache due to poor eyesight. She told adoption officials to set up medical camps in schools under the supervision of medical officers or NGOs, which were recognised by the State government. “Expenses incurred in setting up medical camps would be borne by the ITDA,” she stated.

Divya said the adoption officials should visit schools located in interior places. She asked them to inform her through SMS, if there were any financial issues to be resolved in the schools. “From now onwards, meetings would be arranged through video conference to avoid wastage of your valuable time,” she told officials.
