Telangana state: Written test for forest department posts cancelled

According to sources, the written test conducted on May 11, for filling up the posts of the Beat Officers, Asst Beat Officers and other cadre posts, is cancelled in Toto. A decision has been reportedly taken by the Telangana government in order to ensure that only Telangana people should be appointed to the posts - as there is a leeway that people from Andhra Pradesh state may have also to be included in the posts as the examination was held in the combined state.
