An old lady named Isabella Sullivan approached court for slipping in the bathroom. She filed the complaint that contractor’s recklessness while fitting the toilet as the reason for her Mishap. She also said that her ankle was severely injured during the accident.
On this issue, Circuit Civil court ordered compensation of 28000 Euros. The court ordered the contractor to pay 25000 Euros as fine and fit the old lady’s home with a new toilet worth 2500 Euros and to pay additional 350 Euros.
