Hyderabadi to represent India in Mrs World - 2014
Hyderabad-based Komal Kalra Pagarani, who won Mrs Asia International-2014, will be representing India at the Mrs World pageant to be held in Solomon Islands, Maryland, USA, on November 19.

Hyderabad-based Komal Kalra Pagarani, who won Mrs Asia International-2014, will be representing India at the Mrs World pageant to be held in Solomon Islands, Maryland, USA, on November 19.
Komal won Mrs Asia International in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia, in June this year. She will be travelling to the US in November and compete for the coveted title of Mrs World-2014.
Addressing newsmen on Saturday, Komal said that it was indeed an honour to be invited for a coveted pageant and she was all geared up for the international pageant to bring laurels to the country.
“India is a country of varied culture and Indians have always been one of toughest competitors in beauty pageants across the world. I am confident of a good show at Mrs World Pageant and hope to come back with the coveted crown,” Komal said.
City-based designer Architha Narayanam will be designing ensembles for Komal at the pageant.
“My designs for Komal would be more contemporary with a traditional fusion, as she would be representing India. Her ensembles would have a cultural feel and ethnic designs with a contemporary outlook,” said Archita.
