After Telangana, It's Andhra Pradesh household survey
The AP government seems to be following the strategy of Telangana government. It decided to conduct a statewide household survey, only difference is that Andhra Pradesh Government is opting for the High end Technology. The socio-economic data will be collected in digital form in spite of the paper forms.

The government named it the Smart Pulse Survey. The Smart Pulse Survey will help the government to build the Core People Database of Andhra Pradesh Citizens.
The Field surveyors will be entering data directly into tablets that will be connected to a portal after which the data will be validated instantly and consolidation and analysis of data can be completed within two weeks.
But according to sources no confirmed date has been set for the survey. “Our schedules got disturbed due to Cyclone Hudhud,” said Mr J. Satyanarayana, adviser to the state government on IT and e-governance.
“We are going to open bids for appointing enterprise architect on November 7 and finalize them. The deadline for implementation of the Enterprise Architecture is December 2016, but it could get extended till March 2017 due to Cyclone Hudhud," he said.
