Kolkata, October, 2014: Magma Fincorp Ltd., one of India's leading retail asset finance companies, has won a Gold Award at LACP (League of American Communications Professionals) Spotlight Awards 2014, a global competition of corporate communication materials. The Magma Annual Report FY 14 titled "An eye for Opportunity" has been ranked among the best globally, grabbing 23rd spot in the overall ranking of Top 100 with perfect scores in Overall Narrative, Overall Visual Design, Creativity and Message Clarity.

“It is a great achievement and honour that Magma has won this prestigious Global award at the LACP Spotlight 2014, among the large corporate entities who participated for the top laurels in this category from Europe, America and Asia. We feel proud as it recognizes our continuous endeavor of achieving high standards of financial reporting and creative expression of our performance”, said Mr. Kaushik Sinha, Vice President, Magma Fincorp Ltd.

Magma has triumphed at the LACP since 2011. This is the fourth consecutive year that Magma has won an award at the competition. Further it has improved its ranking from last year when Magma was ranked 44th.

The League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) is renowned body in the USA and the recognition is universally acknowledged. The Spotlight Awards recognize excellence in the practice of professional communications. To select the winners, a panel of communication professionals affiliated with the LACP reviewed more than 1500 entries from 300 large corporates for first impression, creativity, clarity, relevance and narrative/visual content quality.
