In a shocking incident, Laxminarayana Krishnamurthy got a Vim soap bar from Snapdeal for buying a Samsung mobile on Snapdeal.

He shared the news on Facebook with the message: "Had ordered a samsung mobile through snapdeal and we got a soap bar!!!The worst customer service ever received!!!Beware of snapdeal guys!!it's a fraudulent e-retail company.We have lost our money and there's been no response from snapdeal whatsoever."

The next time you think ordering items online from the confines of the four walls is easier, give it a second thought because it's not easy to reach these online shopping sites should anything go wrong.
