"Pinched a nerve in my neck!Can't move it hurts so bad.didn't sleep all night!Worst feeling when u cant function!but everything else is great. Taken good old Combiflam and have tiger balm...praying a miracle will happen and my neck starts moving more before my first shot today :) (sic)," she wrote.
