Telangana government getting ready to change the entire face of the state roads. The roads are soon set to get repair works with Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao deciding on Thursday to spend Rs 10,000 crore to renovate roads in all the 10 districts.

Hyderabad: Telangana government getting ready to change the entire face of the state roads. The roads are soon set to get repair works with Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao deciding on Thursday to spend Rs 10,000 crore to renovate roads in all the 10 districts.

Rs 1,000 crore will be allocated to each district for repairs, and tenders expected to be called within next 15 days.



The chief minister ordered the officials to allot the funds in the upcoming Budget on November 5th.

to review and acess the condition of roads in the state, Chief Minister held a high-level meeting at the Secretariat which was attended by Deputy CM Dr T. Rajaiah and finance minister Etela Rajendar.

Four more express highways in Hyderabad were decided, along the lines of the PVNR Express Highway.
