Cycling to save the environment
Active Bicyclers Association (ABA) and Tagore Memorial Library would be organising a cycle rally in the city on November 14, as part of the Library Week celebrations.
Active Bicyclers Association (ABA) and Tagore Memorial Library would be organising a cycle rally in the city on November 14, as part of the Library Week celebrations.
ABA president V Satyanarayana said, “The ABA has been organising cycle rallies to promote healthy living and also reduce environmental pollution caused by the use of motor vehicles.”
The rally would start at Tagore Memorial Library on MG Road in Governorpet and would pass through various parts of the city. The ABA would promote the use of cycle in the new capital and would campaign intensively for the use of cycle. He appealed to the people to use cycle at least one day in a week to bring down environmental pollution.
