Jeevitha Rajasekar gets jail in cheque bounce case

Telugu actor Dr Rajshekar's wife Jeevitha Rajshekar was sentenced to two years jail by Erramanzil court in Hyderabad on Monday.

Film-maker Shekar Reddy had lodged a case of cheque bounce against Jeevitha. The court also directed her to furnish a bond of Rs 25 lakhs.In October last year, the Nampally court had issued a non-bailable warrant against the actress in connection with the case. It is learnt that Jeevitha had issued a cheque for Rs 22 lakhs to Yavadaithi Nakenti director Shekar Reddy which bounced. The directord brought this matter to her notice which she did not take seriously. That's when he approached the court seeking help.
