Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (Fapcci) has started its new women entrepreneurs wing called Fapcci Women in Business (FWB).

Hyderabad: Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (Fapcci) has started its new women entrepreneurs wing called Fapcci Women in Business (FWB).

On this occasion, the trade body has organised a ceremony to celebrate the women in business in here.

Speaking on the occasion, Jayaprakash Narayan, President, Lok Satta, said, “It is important for a trade body like Fapcci to concentrate on the growth of women entrepreneurs and youth as they are the future of the Indian business”.

“All the members in the FWB are handpicked and are aimed to create change in the business; FWB not only concentrates on the growth of women entrepreneurs but also engages itself in CSR activities like girl education”, said Vinitha Surana, President, FWB.

Jayesh Rajan, Managing Director, TSIIC, said: “It is right time for the women entrepreneurs to come forward, unlike men women seek support from household as well as the surroundings to become an entrepreneur and we welcome them warmly”.

FWB is a new branch with a membership base of about 50, comprising of budding and well established entrepreneurs.
