Bengaluru: The medical report of Nithyananda submitted by the CID to the third Additional Sessions court in Ramnagara on Wednesday claims that the self-styled, controversial godman is indeed a man and the potency reports have no evidence to suggest that he is incapable of performing a sexual act.

The report shows the testosterone levels of the godman at 12.50 ng/dl, whereas the normal male of 20 to 49 years should record 249 ng/dl. But this could be due to blockage of testosterone by exogenous sources, the report stated.
The case at the Ramnagara court was adjourned to December 3 when Nithyananda’s advocates filed an application under section 91 CrPC calling the investigating agency to produce certain documents and materials collected pertaining to the investigation.
The public prosecutor opposed it by way of filing an objection terming it an attempt to inordinately delay the case further.
