It\'s a known fact that the Congress High Command headed by Sonia Gandhi unleashed Enforcement Directorate to curb Jagan\'s growing rise and popularity and make him dance to their tunes.

The ED immediately sent him to jail and he later came out on bail just before elections with great difficulty. At that juncture, many suspected a collusion between Jagan's YSRCP and Sonia's Congress.
Now with Congress losing power, Jagan too lost whatever influence he had with the Union Government. With TDP ruling Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu hell bent on sending him back to jail and Prime Minister Narendra Modi sharing a good rapport with the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, looks like warning bells are ringing for Jagan. With the court monitoring Jagan's case, even political clout will be of little use. The latest news of ED attaching more assets of Jagan, political analysts are of the view that charges against the YSRCP chief are being established and that there's every likelihood of him going back to jail. It now remains to be seen what strategy Jagan will adopt to stay out.
