Temper out of Sankranti race?

Ever since it went on to floors after a considerable delay, NTR-starrer ‘Temper’ has been facing hurdle after hurdle due to varied reasons, losing at least a month of valuable shooting time. Though producer Bandla Ganesh, who is known to stick to his release dates, pulled out all stops to ensure that the unit works round the clock to get the film ready for Sankranti, it looks like it will not make it in time for the festival. Says a source, “Especially after Janaki Ram’s (NTR’s brother) death, the shoot took a beating.

The new schedule was to begin a week ago in Hyderabad but with the actor still mourning the death of his brother, the schedule was deferred. Puri Jagannadh has already flown to Bangkok to work on his next script.” The makers, we hear, are now eyeing a February release.
