Hyderabad: TDP leader and MLA N Balakrishna on Thursday welcomed the government's proposal to name the new capital city coming up between Vijayawada and Guntur after the former Chief Minister NT Rama Rao. He has been demanding to name the proposed Hindupur district after his father NTR. If the government named the capital city after NTR, he would withdraw his demand, he said. During a discussion with his party MLAs from Anantapur district, he said the delimitation of districts would divide Anantapur district and create new Hindupur district very soon.
