“Rajyadhikaram” movie to be released today

Khammam: Film Director and actor R Narayanamurthi said that the movie Rajyadhikaram will be released on Friday on popular demand. He said that a large number of dalits and the downtrodden demanded the screening of the film in theatres. Speaking to the media here on Thursday, he lamented that the members of the backward classes were still being suppressed in India, despite the fact that it was the largest democracy.

He bemoaned that the Dalits were still denied entry into temples and if, by chance, any Dalit visits, the temples were washed and purified. He said that the movie Rajyadhikaram correctly depicts the plight of the backward sections of the society like Dalits and the injustice that was being done to them.
