Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s is now eying Erragadda lands for his new mega project in Hyderabad.



If the Chief Minister succeeds with his plans, the Telangana parade ground will be made out of the lands. However, the lands are currently belonging to two prime hospitals: the 65-acre land belongs to the Nizamera TB and Chest Hospital and the 45 acres belonging to the famed the Institute of Mental Health at Erragadda.

“The CM suggested why not shift TB Hospital and the Mental Hospital to Vikarabad and utilise the land for parade ground for TS. I don’t know why since we have the Parade Ground in Secunderabad which is under the control of the defence authorities,” said an MLA.
