2nd phase of owner cum driver scheme soon

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) would be unveiling the second phase of the \'owner-cum-driver-scheme\' soon. Earlier this year, in the month of August, 105 drivers were handed over vehicles under the scheme. Earlier this year, in the month of August, 105 drivers were handed over vehicles under the scheme. In the second phase, 90 per cent of the bank loan has been allotted to SC/ST category with 10 per cent beneficiary contribution and other than SC/ST 80 per cent bank loan and 20 per cent beneficiary contribution has been provided. Out of 303 vehicles, 105 vehicles are being utilised by the GHMC and remaining for cabs and other purposes.
