He said the government would adopt best practices to ensure that the capital would stand as a mark to reckon even a model in the 22nd century. Naidu said the Opposition party should learn to think on positive lines at least on certain crucial issues. He said the government would like to make everyone a partner in the development of the residual state but if the Opposition was not willing to cooperate or if it tries to create hurdles, his government would not go back on its decision.
