Commerce students on a common platform
Incendo 2K14, a state level commerce fest, was organised by the Commerce Students Association (COMSA) at PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science (PBSCAS) on Saturday. Speaking at the inaugural function, School of Planning and Architecture director N Sridharan said that students should develop leadership qualities and managerial skills to shine in their careers.
Incendo 2K14, a state level commerce fest, was organised by the Commerce Students Association (COMSA) at PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science (PBSCAS) on Saturday. Speaking at the inaugural function, School of Planning and Architecture director N Sridharan said that students should develop leadership qualities and managerial skills to shine in their careers. He lauded the initiative of COMSA in organising the event to bring commerce students on a single platform.
“Hot Seat, one of the events at the fest, was very helpful to the students, as it enabled them to prepare psychologically to attend a job interview with confidence,” he said. Quizzatte, Floor Crossing, Analysers, Spell Nazis, Dance to Tribute, Ad-Mad, Director’s Cut and Mr and Miss Incendo events were also held as part of the festival. About 400 students participated in the event. College principal MVN Padma Rao, director V Babu Rao, convener VVK Dharmendra, organising secretary K Narayana Rao and other faculty members were present.
