Core Fitness Station, a state-of-the-art 10,000 square feet fitness centre was launched by actor and producer Sunil Shetty and director Sohail Khan. The fitness facility, located at Hotel Daspalla, is loaded with branded fitness equipment and has a multi-station gym from Precor which is the world’s leading fitness equipment manufacturer. There is also a functional equipment which has been provided by India’s biggest and leading fitness equipment manufacturer Jerai.

The pride of the facility is ‘Core Studio’, a place where in yoga, proven training programmes from New Zealand like RPM, Body Combat and Kick boxing, Zumba sessions are delivered to its members in group or in private from Les Mills certified instructors. The facility hosts the first indoor sprint track in a commercial gym for a new approach on cardio, endurance and sports training.

Packaged with an in-house Health Cafe ‘Core-Kitchen’, the facility is geared up to provide its members with a complete and customised food solution with regard to healthy food. Core Fitness Station has tied up with leading dietary supplements brands like Isopure, Muscle Pharm, EAS Sports Nutrition, Muscle Tech and All Max directly. Members of the facility can avail the products at a discounted price in the facility’s in-house store ‘Core-Store’.

The centre is also a distributor of Myzone, a chest strap and monitoring system, which is the only exercise tracking system in the world which would provide real-time feedback of exercise intensity, transmit heart rate, calories and effort in real time to a live display and wirelessly uploads the data to a logbook that can be accessed online or through the free app.
