The employees of Toshiba have formed a JAC and urged the HR Director of TTDI (Toshiba Transmission and Distribution Systems), to settle their COD (Charter of Demands), wage agreement and increment of contract employees’ wages and the regularisation of their jobs.
Patancheru: The employees of Toshiba have formed a JAC and urged the HR Director of TTDI (Toshiba Transmission and Distribution Systems), to settle their COD (Charter of Demands), wage agreement and increment of contract employees’ wages and the regularisation of their jobs.
They demanded that they should be covered under Factories Act 1948. They also expressed their intent to peacefully protest along with their family members outside the main gate of the factory if their demands are not met immediately. The employees submitted a representation to the HR Director of the company on Friday
