According to police, Totha Narayana, a BSc student of Kanigiri village of Prakasam district of AP, was rescued near Necklace Road at Tank Bund on Sunday. During preliminary investigation, it was revealed that Narayana was suffering from a psychological disorder. This led him into depression which consequently provoked him to resort to the extreme step, the cops said
