UBM India’s meet on solar energy in city, UBM India is organising its first solar energy investment and technology forum in the city on March 4.
Hyderabad: UBM India is organising its first solar energy investment and technology forum in the city on March 4. The one-day event is expected to showcase opportunities available in solar energy sector in Telangana and AP.
The company has already organised similar forums at Coimbatore and Tirupur. The city event aims at providing an industry platform to associations and industry leaders, building owners, consultants, manufacturers, contractors, governments, etc to debate and discuss business opportunities in the solar sector. The symposium will bring together decision makers in the industry from across South India to meet, deliberate and leverage solar energy business opportunities offered by the two states.
“UBM India with this forum will create opportunities for the states to meet its demand that is expected to be over 15 per cent and support the governments’ mission of sustaining round the clock power supply,” said Joji George, MD, UBM India. The event is supported by the industry body FTAPCCI and the Electronic Industries Association of Andhra Pradesh (ELIAP).
