Model school students to get Eamcet coaching
The Telangana government has decided to train model school students for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (Eamcet) from the next academic year. For coaching the students, the government has arranged one coaching centre in each district.
Hyderabad: The Telangana government has decided to train model school students for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (Eamcet) from the next academic year. For coaching the students, the government has arranged one coaching centre in each district. A district level screening test will be conducted for the model school students to get seats in the coaching centre.
About 100 model school students will be selected and will be trained for 45 days. The classes are likely to begin in the last week of March or in the first week of April. An official of School Education department said faculty from the same schools would be roped in for training the students. “About 1,000 students in 10 districts of Telangana will be given coaching for test. The model school teachers will be selected and would be given orientation to coach the students,” an official added.
